Below is a simple operation for drawing wealth, prosperity, sweetness, favour, and financial opportunity into your life. In this working, petition is made to Oshun — the radiant Orisha of sweetness, beauty, love, rivers, attraction, fertility, abundance, luxury, and golden favour. Oshun is often approached where one seeks grace, charm, prosperity, sensual blessing, and the softening of circumstances that have become dry, bitter, or closed.

This operation is simple, but it should not be treated carelessly. Approach with respect. Approach with sincerity.

Approach with a clear intent and a willingness to take the practical steps needed for the blessing to take form.

You will require some dried orange peels, dried orange leaves, brown sugar and an earthenware pot. You may dry the peels and leaves yourself if you wish after dedicating them to the operation and Oshun.

Nonetheless, place all the items within the pot and set alight. Smother the flames and let it smoke. Once you have smothered it, recite:

“Oshun, ogoao mi inle Oshun, igua iya mio igua iko bo si iya mi guasi iya mi omo yalorde oguo mi inle ashe Oshun.”

You may recite this until the smoke stops, or just once. When done, leave everything where it is for 3 days, then discard in running water.
