“Magick Without Tears” is a series of digital content created by Baron and Baronessa Araignee from Araignee Arcane Services that serve as simple instructions on various Rituals and Spellwork from various paths and paradigms to supplement your own practices with.

All content is presented faithfully in the authors’ typical and much-loved no-nonsense manner, being clear and to the point without unneeded pomp or flourish. Each booklet within this series will present an instructional Ritual or Spell – some created by the authors themselves, others historical and others still a mixture of both, especially in the cases where the original Rituals have not been documented.

This booklet presents a ceremonial method for calling upon the Fifty Names of Marduk, drawing inspiration from the religious and magickal traditions of ancient Mesopotamia.

Unlike their original presentation within the Enūma Eliš, where the Names represent various aspects and titles of Marduk, this work approaches each Name as a distinct spiritual intelligence, possessing its own attributes, powers, and sphere of influence.

The booklet includes a complete ceremonial calling, incorporating purification, sacred fire, offerings, incantations, and petitions, beginning with a calling of Gibil/Girra, the Mesopotamian God of Fire. Also included are two reference lists of the Fifty Names: those found within the Enūma Eliš and those presented within the later Necronomicon traditions.

Although inspired by Babylonian, Assyrian, and Akkadian practices, the ceremony has been adapted for contemporary practitioners, retaining its ceremonial character without becoming unnecessarily complicated.

Suitable for devotional workings, establishing relationships with the individual Names, or petitioning them for assistance within their respective spheres of influence.

This booklet forms one of many to come.

All of the booklets within this series of "Magick Without Tears" are exclusively digital.
