The word diabolic itself derives from the Greek word diaballo meaning to “pass beyond” or “over”, from the root dia – “through” and, as a causal accusative, “with the aid of”. Later, diaballo acquired amoral sense – for example “to set against” (Aristotle) although it was sometimes used (as diabolos) when a ‘bad’ or ‘false’ sense was meant, as for example, a false accusation. Please note that we (Araignee) are not members of a Satanic group, Church, Guild or Sect and that this written piece is from our perspective, belief and outlook on the subject matter of Satanism. Another Note: There are many paths to follow in the Occult/Magick world so do not assume that Satanism is the only path as this would be foolish. Refer to our other Blogs for further reading on Occullt/Magick Paradigms. For hundreds of years the Judeo belief system has provided a convenient religion for the ignorant masses. Well, we can clearly see that this vile dogma is being obliterated through scientific and spiritual progress, Indeed a spiritual revolution is at hand where the old is replaced by a lack of interest in tired and strained ideologies and beliefs. Is mankind actually beginning to think for themselves? Or are they fence-sitting upon the gilded wall of science and religion? Expectantly, most world religions view Satanism as a "dark" and evil belief, without having the most basic of understanding on it's construct, belief and ideologies. Personally we (Araignee) do not believe in the external Intelligence known as "Satan", however we have closely worked with most Demonic Entities in the known and unknown pantheons. Satanism is not about religion, it is anti-religion. The mere fact that some splinter-groups of the Satanic Church worship Demons etc, defeats the purpose of the word "Satanic". The cornerstone of Satanism is simply - "Being without Master" but when Belial's name is mentioned, some of the modern day Acolytes readily fall to their knees... Enough said. Satanism today can be viewed as the protagonist of Christianity due to their lack of ethics, understanding and education, and for this very reason Satanism won't receive the respect it so rightfully deserves. In all our years practicing Magick, we have performed Black Masses, Sacrificial Ceremonies , Demonic Evocation, Constructing and opening Infernal portals, Blood Sorcery through Demon Kings, Pacts and much more. As mentioned, we have spoken to Legions of Demons and all Their Rulers have one thing in common: They Despise groveling fanatics. Azazel, Belial, Zamael, Lucifer etc, all of these mighty rulers will discard the individual that shows ANY sign of weakness , however they will immolate the arrogance of man and turn it against them like a ravenous rabid beast. Do not misunderstand us, a little respect goes a long way, however there is a thin line between submissive and respectful. Now on to the short subject of Satanic Mages. Many a times we have encountered these so called Black Magicians and Sorceres that portrays themselves as bad-asses, wearing black make-up and hooded cloaks, however these are just scared and insecure kids hiding behind pretentious junk. There is nothing Satanic or malevolent about this sort of trend and is usually short lived once they are devoured by a lessor Demon or grow up. Personally we do not recognize "Black or White" Magick as this is simply conformity to morals or beliefs, and WE DO NOT CONFORM. We have nothing but contempt for Satanic cultists, Right-handed fanatics and teary eyed ideologist humanitarians. The fact of the matter is not even the Demon Lords care for this so called "Black Magick" Rites, as They simply view it as a means to an end. As long as it gets the job done - anything goes! And this is exactly the mentality needed to succeed on all platforms. What about morals! Where do you draw the line? Simply put - a truly moral individual does not need "laws" to guide them, it will be quite apparent. Always remember, the laws of men is fallible for it was created by men, that’s why these little details are overlooked. It's not about the world, it's about you, and what you can get out of it! Selfish indeed, but remember - this is a world of talons and claws, whether we live in a concrete jungle or the wilderness, self-preservation is key. This does not mean that you have to disregard the law of your respective country! This will be foolish and unproductive. Here are a few Satanic Ideologies from the "Satanic Bible" under the Chapter: Book of Satan part 5 to guide you on your path: 1. Blessed are the strong, for they shall possess the earth - Cursed are the weak, for they shall inherit the yoke! 2. Blessed are the powerful, for they shall be reverenced among men - Cursed are the feeble, for they shall be blotted out! 3. Blessed are the bold, for they shall be masters of the world - Cursed are the righteously humble, for they shall be trodden under cloven hoofs! 4. Blessed are the victorious, for victory is the basis of right - Cursed are the vanquished, for they shall be vassals forever! 5. Blessed are the iron-handed, for the unfit shall flee before them - Cursed are the poor in spirit, for they shall be spat upon! 6. Blessed are the death-defiant, for their days shall be long in the land - Cursed are the gazers toward a richer life beyond the grave, for they shall perish amidst plenty! 7. Blessed are the destroyers of false hope, for they are the true Messiahs - Cursed are the god-adorers, for they shall be shorn sheep! 8. Blessed are the valiant, for they shall obtain great treasure - Cursed are the believers in good and evil, for they are frightened by shadows! 9. Blessed are those that believe in what is best for them, for never shall their minds be terrorized - Cursed are the "lambs of God", for they shall be bled whiter than snow! 10. Blessed is the man who has a sprinkling of enemies, for they shall make him a hero - Cursed is he who doeth good unto others who sneer upon him in return, for he shall be despised! 11. Blessed are the mighty-minded, for they shall ride the whirlwinds - Cursed are they who teach lies for truth and truth for lies, for they are an abomination! 12. Thrice cursed are the weak whose insecurity makes them vile, for they shall serve and suffer! 13. The angel of self-deceit is camped in the souls of the "righteous" - The eternal flame of power through joy dwelleth within the flesh of the Satanist! How easy it is to twist the words of LaVey so that it may suit the needs of the masses. The Satanic Bible was the first book to be printed that brought together these Beings in one volume - one religious volume of Anti-Religion and non-conformity. We do not admire the Author, but respect him for his originality, insight and forethought. When LaVey wrote the Satanic Bible, he assuredly did not forsee a statue of Baphomet being erected in our modern day and age! We believe he had greater concerns at the time in dealing with his new established congregation. In conclusion: No one can live this life for you, you have to do this all by yourself. One day your body will die, in the mean time, you should come first above all or you will not be able to tend to your desire and self imposed responsibilities. This is the true message of LaVey and the Satanic Path. The True Satanic Pantheon is YOU. Master yourself. Become Belial. Become Samael .Become Lilith. Be Lucifer. Dark Blessings, Namaste.
